This program adopts the engineering talent cultivation model of the French Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers (CNAM). It aims to develop internationally competitive technical professionals with a global perspective, strong scientific and cultural literacy, innovative capabilities, and a collaborative spirit. Students will acquire fundamental knowledge, specialized theory, and essential skills in the field of communications and information. Graduates will be equipped to work at the forefront of international technical cooperation and industrial advancement, engaging in the design of communication equipment and systems, development of communication products and services, network planning and optimization, operation and maintenance of communication systems, technical management and marketing in communications, and communication engineering construction. The program fosters a "whole-network" knowledge structure and engineering competency.
