Competition Introduction
The "DGUT - Hager Electric Cup University Student Robot Innovation Competition" is a school-level innovation event jointly hosted by the Sino-French Joint Institute and the School of Mechanical Engineering, with full support from Hager Group (Germany). It is open to all current students of Dongguan University of Technology. Whether you are a "tech expert" in mechanics or automation, or a "creative talent" in liberal arts or business, you can participate! Many students might think: "I'm not an engineering major and have never touched a robot, can I sign up?" — Absolutely! The core of this competition is not to "filter technical experts," but to "stimulate innovative thinking!"

Registration & Competition Content
The competition is divided into two stages: Audition/Preliminary and Final.
Phase 1: Audition & Preliminary
Audition Format: Based on participants' technical foundation, innovative thinking, and teamwork ability, 48 teams will be effectively screened during the registration phase.
Registration Deadline: October 31, 2025 (Friday) 18:30.

Training: Tentatively scheduled for November 5, 2025 (subject to adjustment). Content: Soccer robot assembly speed race, rules interpretation.
Preliminary Time: Tentatively scheduled for November 9, 2025 (subject to adjustment), divided into morning and afternoon sessions.
Location: DGUT International Cooperation Innovation Zone.
Note: Specialized training is provided. Zero-basis students are encouraged to participate. The competition provides programmers, motors, and other kits. Contestants must participate in pre-competition training; absence without reason will result in disqualification.
Phase 2: Robot Competition Final
Final Time: Tentatively scheduled for late November 2025.
Participants: The top 20 teams selected from the preliminary round.

Grand Prize (1 Team): 2000 Yuan + Sino-French Institute Certificate
First Prize (2 Teams): 1500 Yuan + Sino-French Institute Certificate
