Happy Teachers' Day! On the occasion of the 41st Teachers' Day, the Sino-French Joint Institute celebrated its first Teachers' Day since relocating to the International Cooperation and Innovation Zone (hereinafter referred to as the "new campus"). This celebration not only carried profound respect for the teaching faculty but also marked a significant milestone in the institute's educational journey within the new campus. It held special meaning for uniting the faculty, inspiring teaching passion, and charting the course for future development. All faculty and staff attended this warm and solemn gathering with high spirits.

The event commenced warmly at the institute's "Faculty Home." The venue was decorated with the theme "New Environment, New Responsibilities, New Achievements," creating a homely and welcoming atmosphere. During the event, institute leaders extended festive greetings to all teachers, acknowledging their hard work since the move to the new campus. Through segments such as a "Teaching Story Sharing Session," a "Tea Party," and "Inter-class Relaxation Exercises," faculty and staff experienced collective care through interaction, further enhancing their sense of belonging and mission to settle into the new campus and dedicate themselves to education.
The cool autumn breeze brings double joy! As the institute celebrates its new beginning on the new campus, we are also delighted to share news of outstanding teacher achievements. Among them, Vice Dean Yin Ling was selected for the "National Huang Danian-style Teacher Team in Universities." Vice Dean Zheng Hua led a student team to win the "Provincial Gold Award in the 14th 'Challenge Cup' China University Student Business Plan Competition." Xiao Yi was honored as an "Outstanding Teacher of Southern Guangdong." Qiu Chaochao successfully obtained a 2025 National Natural Science Foundation project. The accomplishments of these four teachers represent a microcosm of the entire faculty. All teachers should look to them as role models, staying true to their original aspirations and bravely undertaking their missions in their new teaching posts.

This Teachers' Day event was not merely a festive celebration but also an important mobilization for the institute to unite its faculty and embark on a new chapter in education at the new campus. Moving forward, all faculty and staff will take the award-winning teachers as benchmarks, establish themselves in the new environment, demonstrate new achievements, and contribute more to the institute's talent cultivation and disciplinary development, allowing the light of teaching to shine continuously on the new campus.
