1.Personal Information
Rachel Eleanor Kamps graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor's degree in English Creative Writing. After obtaining TESOL certification, she came to China to first continue learning Chinese, studying in the Chinese language program at Zhejiang University. She then taught oral English at the Tourism College of Zhejiang for a year, before coming to DGUT in 2021. She has since obtained her Master's Degree in TESOL from Arizona State University. Her courses focus on building English language competency through authentic materials, alongside practical skills such as academic presentation, with a goal of helping students break through nerves and language barriers, hone their own critical thinking, and become confident communicators.
