CNAM的历史 History
法国国立工艺学院（CNAM）成立于1794年，直属于法国国民教育部，是与巴黎中央理工学院（Ecole Centrale Paris）、巴黎政治学院（Sciences Po Paris）、巴黎黎高科集团中的国立桥路学院（École des ponts ParisTech）等法国最优秀的30所高校同属于“大机构”类的国立特殊学院。
The Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers (CNAM) was founded in 1794 and operates under the authority of the French Ministry of National Education. It is one of France’s prestigious “grandes institutions,” alongside the École Centrale Paris, Sciences Po Paris, and the École des Ponts ParisTech.

For more than two centuries, CNAM has remained committed to innovation, producing graduates who have made significant contributions across academia, politics, and industry. Among its alumni are two Presidents of the French Republic, Paul Doumer and Alexandre Millerand, as well as eminent scientists such as Nicolas Léonard Sadi Carnot and international figures including Mohamed Dionne, the current Prime Minister of Senegal.

CNAM offers a comprehensive range of programmes at undergraduate, master’s, doctoral, and engineering levels. Its teaching and research cover disciplines in science, engineering, management, law, agriculture, medicine, the humanities, and the arts. Several of its specialised schools, including the EICNAM (School of Engineering), ENJMIN (National School for Digital Games and Interactive Media), ITA (Institute of Aeronautical Technology), and the National Institute of Metrology, hold leading positions in France and Europe.

According to Eduniversal rankings, CNAM’s School of Engineering is ranked fourth in France, while its programmes in economics, management, MBA, and EMBA are placed seventh nationwide. The institution counts seven members of the French Academy of Sciences among its professors, such as Michel Godet and Marc Himbert, and enjoys an outstanding reputation for academic excellence and professional recognition among students, enterprises, and public bodies.

Since its establishment, CNAM has pursued the mission of advancing the nation’s industrial and technological capabilities. It maintains long-term partnerships with leading European enterprises in telecommunications, mechanical engineering, and software design, and works closely with government agencies that provide substantial funding for both education and research.
CNAM也与政府机构保持着密切的合作关系，从各方面获得大量的教育经费和研究经费支持，承担了大量的国家、企业委托的军、民用研究课题。学院拥有多个国家实验室（国家科学研究中心——CNRS实验室），在多个领域（如材料、计量、机器人、自动化等）保持着法国、欧洲，乃至世界的高学术水平。
The institution undertakes numerous state and industrial research projects, both civilian and military, and hosts several national laboratories associated with the CNRS (National Centre for Scientific Research). CNAM maintains a high academic standing in areas such as materials science, metrology, robotics, and automation, contributing significantly to research in France, Europe, and beyond.
CNAM博物馆 CNAM Museum
CNAM博物馆是法国唯一一家国家科技博物馆，也是世界最优秀的三大科技博物馆之一。CNAM博物馆藏品丰富，收藏了法国第一台蒸汽汽车和第一架飞机。以此为载体，CNAM承担着法国政府赋予的向世界人民传播科学技术文化的使命，CNAM博物馆也和中国科学技术馆保持着长期的合作关系。
The CNAM Museum is France’s only national museum of science and technology and is regarded as one of the world’s three leading museums in this field. It houses a remarkable collection, including France’s first steam-powered car and the first aeroplane. Through this museum, CNAM fulfils its mission of sharing scientific and technological culture with the wider public, and it maintains long-term collaboration with the China Science and Technology Museum.
CNAM与中国的教育科研机构有着广泛合作关系（中国科学院，武汉大学、东南大学、华南理工大学、西安电子科技大学等），接收过相当数量的中国访问学者，培养了数十名中国博士。值得一提的是，法国国立工艺学院董事会主席兼赛峰集团董事长赫特曼，曾为我国国产总装大飞机C919提供了整体推进系统。我国前教育部部长陈至立于1998年和2002分别到访过CNAM，CNAM也是法国驻中国大使馆推荐的与中方合作的法国大学之一，其办学资源得到中国教育部的认可。
CNAM maintains extensive academic and research partnerships with Chinese higher educational institutions such as the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Wuhan University, Southeast University, South China University of Technology, and Xidian University. It has hosted numerous visiting scholars from China and trained dozens of Chinese doctoral students.
It is worth noting that Mr. Philippe Petitcolin, Chairman of CNAM’s Board of Directors and CEO of the Safran Group, contributed to the propulsion system of China’s domestically produced large aircraft, the C919. In 1998 and 2002, China’s former Minister of Education, Chen Zhili, visited CNAM. The institution is also among the French universities recommended by the French Embassy in China for academic cooperation, and its educational quality has been formally recognised by the Chinese Ministry of Education.
