简介 Introduction
DGUT-CNAM 学院(DCI)由东莞理工学院(DGUT)与法国国立工艺学院(CNAM)联合设立,是东莞首家、广东省第六家经中国教育部批准的中外合作办学机构。
学院隶属于东莞理工学院,为非独立法人单位,同时是 CNAM 全球教学网络的重要组成部分。
办学重点聚焦智能制造领域。
DGUT‑CNAM Institute (DCI), jointly established by Dongguan University of Technology (DGUT) and the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers (CNAM), is the first Sino‑foreign cooperative educational institution in Dongguan and the sixth in Guangdong Province approved by China’s Ministry of Education.
Affiliated with DGUT, the Institute is a non‑independent legal entity and forms an integral part of CNAM’s global teaching network.
Its educational focus is on the field of intelligent manufacturing.

Drawing on CNAM’s longstanding tradition, mature system and notable achievements in engineering education, and leveraging DGUT’s rapid growth and strengths in science and technology, the Institute responds to Dongguan’s strong demand for industrial upgrading.
By adopting the French engineering education model, it aims to build a “new engineering” talent‑training system with distinctive characteristics and shared international features, reflecting the deep integration and refinement of both universities’ educational philosophies and systems.

Addressing the innovation‑driven development needs of the regional economy, it trains high‑quality engineers with an international perspective, intercultural communication skills and multilingual competence in Chinese, English and French.
It comprehensively introduces CNAM’s high‑quality educational resources, strengthens the international dimension of faculty, pedagogy and quality assurance, while maintaining DGUT’s distinctive characteristics.
Relying on Dongguan’s strong manufacturing base, it offers ample practical training opportunities, promotes coordinated development of education, research and social engagement, and aims to build a high‑quality model of Sino‑foreign cooperative education recognized locally and nationally.
发展历程 Development History
2013 年 1 月:法国驻广州总领事馆科技与教育合作处代表访问东莞理工学院,表达推进中法高校合作的意向。
2014 年 3 月:东莞理工学院与 CNAM 签署联合设院框架协议,并成立筹备委员会。
2014 年 6 月与 11 月:两校校长互访并签署正式合作办学协议。
2015 年 3 月:CNAM 东莞中心揭牌。
2015 年 4 月:东莞理工学院派出 4 名教学协调员赴 CNAM 完成课程与教学安排的确定。
2015 年 10 月:在有关部门领导与使馆官员见证下,双方签署联合硕士培养与中法科研合作平台协议;CNAM 授权学位授予,形成“一个特色学院、一个合作中心、一个科研平台”的合作框架。
2016 年 3 月:东莞理工学院正式向教育部提交设立中外合作办学机构的申请,广东省人民政府与省教育厅分别致函教育部予以支持。
2016 年 7 月:学校代表参加教育部组织的专家评审与项目论证会。
2016 年 10 月起:学校根据评审意见提交全面整改报告,并与法方就方案进行充分讨论与修订,最终达到教育部标准。
2017 年 2 月:教育部正式批准设立 DGUT-CNAM 学院。
January 2013: Representatives from the Science and Education Cooperation Office of the Consulate General of France in Guangzhou visited DGUT, expressing their intention to promote cooperation between French higher education institutions and the university.
March 2014: DGUT and CNAM signed a framework agreement to jointly establish the Institute and formed a preparatory committee.
June & November 2014: The presidents of both universities exchanged visits and signed the formal agreement on cooperative education.
March 2015: The CNAM Dongguan Centre was inaugurated.
April 2015: DGUT sent four academic coordinators to CNAM to finalize curriculum design and teaching arrangements.
October 2015: Under the witness of officials, DGUT and CNAM signed the Agreement on Joint Master’s Training and the Agreement on establishing a Sino‑French research collaboration platform. CNAM authorized the awarding of its academic degrees, completing a cooperation framework of “one distinctive institute, one collaborative centre, one research platform.”
March 2016: DGUT formally submitted an application to the Ministry of Education to establish a Sino‑foreign cooperative institution; the Guangdong Provincial Government and the Provincial Department of Education issued letters supporting the initiative.
July 2016: DGUT representatives attended the expert review and project evaluation session organized by the Ministry of Education.
From October 2016 onwards: DGUT submitted a comprehensive improvement report addressing review comments; after extensive discussions and revisions with the French partner, the proposal met the Ministry’s standards.
February 2017: The Ministry of Education formally approved the establishment of the DGUT‑CNAM Institute.
教育模式 Educational Model
学生在 DCI 同时注册为东莞理工学院与 CNAM 的在籍学生,遵循两校的学术体系,并可赴法国 CNAM 学习。
两校互认学分;在满足毕业与学位授予条件后,学生将获得两校颁发的学位证书。
Students admitted to DCI are registered with both DGUT and CNAM, study under the academic systems of both universities, and may undertake study periods at CNAM in France.
Credits are mutually recognized by both institutions; upon meeting graduation and degree requirements, students are awarded degree certificates from both universities.
