01.教师介绍 | Jean-François DEü

Jean-François Deü received his M.S. degree from Pierre & Marie Curie University (Paris 6) and his Ph.D. in Computational Mechanics from the the Ecole Normale Supérieure de Cachan in France. He is Full Professor in Mechanical Engineering at the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers in Paris, and the head of the Structural Mechanics and Coupled Systems laboratory since 2010. He is the author of several chapters in international text books and more than 60 scientific publications in international journals. His research interests concern computational mechanics, noise and vibration control, passive-active damping treatments, and fluid-structure interaction.

Jean-François Deü在法国皮埃尔和玛丽居里大学(巴黎第六大学)获得理科硕士学位,并在法国卡尚高等师范学院获得计算力学博士学位。他是法国国立工艺学院(CNAM)机械工程专业的全职教授,自从2010年以来也一直担任结构力学与耦合系统实验室主任。他参与撰写了数本国际教科书的部分章节内容,同时Jean-François Deü也在国际期刊上发表了60多篇科学研究论文。他的研究内容主要集中于计算力学,噪声与振动控制,主、被动阻尼处理,和流固耦合等问题。

问:What impressed you about the students? Do you have any expectations for the DCI students?

答:They are really nice. They try to do their best to progress. It's nice to be here and to teach to such students.We try to do our best to enhance the scientific level of the DCI students in order to create technicians or engineers in all fields. So we expect that they progress in all fields.

学生们真的不错,努力学习,提升专业水平。我很高兴能在这里教他们。我们全力提升学生们的科学素养,培养他们成为各领域的技术人员或工程师,我们希望他们在各个领域都能取得进步。

问 :What course are you teaching in this semester ?What is the goal of this course?

本学期您教授哪门课程?这门课程的教学目标是什么?

答:I teach the course which is called solid dynamics. The goal is to give some mathematical and theoretical background (knowledge) about the field of structural dynamics in order (for students) to be able to solve engineering problems. For example in automotive, aeronautics or robotics. So (students are) able to define the motion on the dynamics of complex multiple structures.

我教的课程叫做固体动力学,通过学习结构动力学相关的数学及理论背景知识,学生能解决例如在汽车、航空或机器人领域遇到的工程类问题,能明确界定复杂多重结构的动力学运动。



问:What do you think of the campus environment of the DCI? What do you think of the learning atmosphere in DCI?

您觉得中法学院的校园环境怎样?您觉得中法学院的学习氛围怎么样?

答:It's very good. I like it. It 's a nice place. We have all the facilities, and everything is OK. I think it's a really good place for teaching. The learning atmosphere is also very good. The students have all the environment (necessary) for progress. So they have to do their best and to participate more.

这里非常好,我喜欢这里。所有的设施环境都不错,是个上课的好地方。学院学习气氛也很好,学院创造了良好的学习环境,学生们要尽量多学,多参与。

问:What do you think of the enthusiasm of the DCI students for learning?

您觉得学生的学习热情怎么样?

答:Most of them are enthusiastic, but some of them are perhaps too timid. They have to progress in the exchange with the professors and ask questions. Sometimes we have to to ask them to participate more. I hope that this is in progress, and we hope that in the future there are more participation and more exchange between students and professors.

大部分学生学习热情高,但部分学生可能有点胆小,在和老师们的交流中应该更大胆些,多主动提问。有时候我们得要求他们积极参与到课堂活动中来。我希望学生们在这方面能更进一步,也希望接下来学生和老师之间能有更多的互动。
