01.教师介绍 | Abel Cherouat
Abel Cherout, Full Professor，PhD，from the Université de Technologie de Troyes in France. His research related innovate materials, mechanical models and modeling of manufacturing processes and especially the numerical simulation of engineering structures and materials forming. The approaches developed in various activities combine the description of the physical and mechanical problems related to structure and processes, their mathematical formulation, numerical simulation methods associated techniques for meshing and adaptive remeshing and finally methods for the identification, the optimization, the reliability and the processes control.
Abel Cherouat，教授，博士，任职于法国特鲁瓦工程技术大学（Université de Technologie de Troyes）。Cherouat教授的研究方向涉及创新材料、机械模型及制造建模，专攻工程结构及材料成型的数值模拟。在各项研究中，Cherouat教授提出的研究方法整合了结构和工艺相关的物理、机械类难题、数学公式、网格和自适应重构技术相关数值模拟，以及识别、优化、可靠性和过程控制法。

问：What course are you teaching in this semester? What is the teaching goal of it?
本学期您负责哪门课程？课程目标是？
答：Fluid Mechanics. This courses is to study the physical phenomena about fluids in area. I need to teach students some skills and some experiences (that are useful) when (they are), in the future, in the company, in aeroplanes, for the build, for the train, or for the hydraulic drive to stop at the water. I teach students some skills to design and to demonstrate all of the structures.
本学期我讲授《流体力学》课程。这门课主要的学习目标是掌握区域内流体的物理现象（原理）。我讲授的技巧和经验，学生们在未来的工作中，例如在航空航天、工程机械、或者液压设备领域都会用到。我教学生们如何做设计并展示结构全貌。

问：What impressed you about the students?
您对学生们有哪些印象？
答：It is the first time I'm coming here. My first impression about students from Dongguan University of Technology and this joint institute - Le CNAM - of France party that the student, in three years, which means in their third year, they have studied in France, and then they come back here. I find the level of the students, the skills are good in my course. My impression is that there is so much motivation for students to understand and to take some skills for their future diploma. In addition，I have dialogues with some of the students. I find that students in this university have some skills about theoretical methods, physical phenomena and also about practice.
这是我第一次来中法上课，我对中法学生的初步印象是他们特有的学习模式——在大三赴法学习，再回到这里。学生们的专业水平和技巧在我的课上都不错。我觉得他们都有很强的学习动力，努力吸取知识从而顺利拿下学位。此外，在和一部分中法学生接触后，我发现他们不论是在理论、物理现象还是实践方面都已具备了一定的水平和技能。

问：What do you think of the campus environment of the DCI ?
您觉得中法的校园环境怎样？
答：Because I also teach also other universities in China, I find the environment and facilities are the same good. In addition, I find the teaching atmosphere here is interesting. There is so much motivation for our staff here, which helps us to conduct teaching activities in a positive atmosphere. The students can also help us to know what to do in order to teach them, in the good way, some skills. They understand what we need to exchange with us.
我也在国内其他的大学讲过课，这里的校园环境和其他高校一样好。此外，这里的教学氛围确实很吸引人，这里的教职工富有工作热情，有助于教师在一个良好的氛围里进行教学活动。学生们也能让我们了解如何达到良好的教学效果，他们很清楚要向老师学习什么。
