On the afternoon of December 14th, Sino-French Engineers Forum ushered in the third lecture. TheDCIinvited Professor Murray MacCallum, the director of teaching affairs from ENU University in Edinburgh (UK), to lecture on basic electronics.

At the lecture, Professor Murray enthusiastically and professionally explained the relevant concepts and definitions of basic electronics to the students, and deepened the students' understanding of the knowledge of basic electronics by drawing electronic components, basic circuit diagrams, and exemplified the ways to answer the questions on basic electronics. Students were more impressed with the contents of basic electronics.

At the end of the lecture, Professor Murray also carefully answered the questions given by the students of theDCIand wished the students in the DCI will gain success in their academic studies in the Institute.

The Sino-French Engineers Forum is a highly academic and professional forum that fits the features of the disciplines in the Institute and the characteristics of the students and it plans to invite guest scholars at home and abroad to lecture to the students in the Institute. The official language on the Forum is English. Therefore, students can fully understand the subject knowledge related to the courses, cultivate their interest in science, improve their English. In this way, we hope it can lay a solid foundation for the all-around development of students in the future.
