He is in contact with the College of Chemical Engineering and Energy Technology, Guangdong Taiwan Institute of Industrial Science and Technology, International College and Innovation and Entrepreneurship College.

Yin Ling,Chinese Vice Dean, oversees the administrative work of the Institute, teaching, scientific research, laboratory construction, personnel, foreign affairs, faculty construction, finance, discipline construction, assets, procurement, student internship, safety production, education quality and assessment, etc. She is in contact with the general office, academic affairs office, and laboratory management office.

Wang Yu, Deputy Secretary of the Party, oversees theParty affairs of the Institute, and is responsible to the duties in terms of Party construction, ideological and political work, ideology, epidemic prevention and control, publicity, organization, talent training and recruiting, discipline inspection, students service, alumni contact, students’ enrollment and employment, Labor Union, young staff, and women staff, etc. He is in contact with the students’ service office, the Labor Union of the University, and the Youth League Committee of the University.

Zhang Mingjun,French Vice Dean, takes charge of teaching and administration of the French teachers, and is responsible to coordinate the related issues with French teachers in terms of their teaching, students' internship in France, graduation, and employment, etc.
